Ashcare provides high quality person-centred, community-based supported accommodation services for adults who have severe disabilities and complex support needs.


Ashcare was founded in 1977 as the Association for Severely Handicapped and Family Relief Inc. (becoming incorporated as Ashcare in 1987). The founding members were families who were caring for adult family members with disabilities in their own homes without support.
